Medvid is an Iranian musician, film composer and music instructor.At the age of 8, he started his long journey of self-discovery and overcome several challenges to make his way toward his success in music. Since he was 18, he has been a piano player and instructor.

Later, in his early youth, Medvid started his academic musical studies. Over the course of his academic studies, he had a chance to receive formal education from leading Iranian musicians, namely Kambiz Roshanravan and Alireza Mashayekhi. Medvid is also persistently attending online soundtrack writing courses taught by Marc Jovani, one of the most famous film score composers.

Medvid has a bachelor of music, and is currently a Master of Art student. Aside form academic studies, Medvid has well proved his talent and professionalism in orchestral and electronic music. Furthermore, he is also writing music for some Iranian pop stars like Sattar, Mansour, Shakila and Fereydoun Asraei.

Medvid has written the score in different genres for more than 20 featured films, theatre, TV Series and documentaries. One of Medvid’s most recent works was the original music scored for ‘Tala’, the film that was nominated for Crystal Simorgh award for best script at 37th Fajr International Film Festival.
